This over the boot pant sits a little lower on your hips.  A great new look for stretch pants, but the same permanent wind and water repellent properties as our best selling regular rise over the boot stretch pant.  Four way Schoeller TM stretch fabric with micro fleece for warmth, mesh stirrup, and scuff guard.
